La Morte Sisters - A Vampire Comic

The La Morte Sisters is a comic about an ordinary family that goes on a trip, and gets attacked by a crazed man. Maddie, a young girl barely survives the attack but finds herself at a strange place called La Morte Home for Lost Girls. And this isn’t just any ole Lost Girls school, these girls are all vampires!

With the first of this series being free I decided to get out my iTouch and download the first comic. Its a bit short, but its a decent start to a story. I will probably end up purchasing the second installment as well. At $0.99 each what can I lose! But honestly, I think you will find this pleasantly entertaining and something different than your everyday vampire novel!

You can also download the comic at www.Lamortesisters.com – Illustrated by Christine Larsen (Shrek/Kung Fu Panda) and written by Tony Trov and Johnny Zito (Moon Girl/Black D.O.G.S. of Mars). Be sure to register and log in first, the book requires you to verify your birthday to read this book, and you must be at least 17 years old.
